Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. Who you bought from

fufu is operated by Fufu Technologies B.V., registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record and authorised reseller of our service. Paddle takes your payment, handles any tax, issues your invoice, and processes refunds. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

2. Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing in your account, without contacting us and without giving a reason.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep full access until then. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period you are currently in.

Your household, profiles and scan history are kept while a cancelled subscription runs out, so resubscribing picks up where you left off. Deleting your account is a separate, immediate and irreversible action.

3. The fufu Taste pack

fufu Taste is a single purchase covering seven days. It never renews on its own, so there is nothing to cancel — it simply ends. We email you before it does.

4. Refunds

Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refunds are issued by Paddle. A refund may be granted at Paddle’s discretion where the request is made within 14 days of the transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights, including those in section 5.

To request one, reply to the invoice email Paddle sent you, or contact us and we will raise it with Paddle on your behalf. Either way, tell us the email address you bought with — it is how the purchase is found.

If you were charged twice for the same thing, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount that does not match what the pricing page showed, that is our mistake rather than a discretionary refund. Tell us and we will put it right.

5. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason. Because fufu is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose this right once the service has been fully supplied.

Where the right still applies, contact us or Paddle and we will honour it. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under Dutch or EU consumer law.

6. Price changes

We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase affecting your plan, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

7. Getting in touch

Questions about a charge, a cancellation or a refund can go to hello@getfufu.app, or through our contact page. A real person reads it.
